4. Course Enrollment & Completion Rules
Important: State law governs the rules for course completion. Failure to comply with these rules may result in your course not being accepted by the state DMV or court.
- Personal completion required. You must complete all course modules and the final exam yourself. Having another person complete any portion of your course is strictly prohibited.
- Time requirements. Certain courses have minimum time requirements mandated by state law. Our system enforces these requirements. You may not fast-forward, skip, or bypass any course content.
- One enrollment per course per eligibility period. You may only enroll in a specific course type once per the period allowed by your state.
- Quizzes and final exam. You must pass all required quizzes and the final exam to earn your certificate. You are permitted unlimited exam retakes at no additional charge, unless state rules provide otherwise.
- Expiration. Enrollments expire 6 months from the date of purchase. Expired enrollments are not eligible for refunds after the initial refund window has passed.
- Technical requirements. You are responsible for having a compatible device and internet connection. We are not responsible for course interruptions due to your equipment or connectivity.
5. Certificate Issuance
- Completion certificates are issued electronically upon successful completion of all required course content and the final exam.
- Certificates are issued in your legal name as provided at registration. Name corrections after certificate issuance may require additional verification and may incur a processing fee.
- We are required by law to report your completion to the relevant state agency. Certificate delivery to the state is not instantaneous and may take up to 5 business days depending on the state.
- It is your responsibility to submit the certificate to the court or DMV if direct submission is not required by the state.
- We are not responsible for court or DMV processing times after we have reported your completion.
6. Payments & Fees
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are due at the time of enrollment.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number.
- Prices are subject to change. The price at the time of your enrollment is the price you pay.
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees imposed by your state or locality.
