1. Our Refund Commitment
Quick Pass Traffic School offers a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund for all course purchases. We believe in our product and want you to feel confident enrolling with us. If you're unhappy for any reason, we'll make it right.
2. Eligibility for a Full Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- Your refund request is submitted within 30 days of your original purchase date
- You have not yet received a completion certificate for the course
- Your completion has not been submitted to a state DMV or court on your behalf
Important: Once a completion certificate has been issued and your course record has been reported to the state DMV or court, a refund cannot be processed. This is because we have already fulfilled our service obligation and the state reporting cannot be reversed.
3. Partial Completion
We do not offer partial refunds based on how much of the course you have completed. As long as you meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of your course progress percentage.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Contact us by email at refunds@quickpasstrafficschool.com or via our contact form.
- Include your information: Your full name, email address used at registration, course name, and order/confirmation number.
- Brief reason (optional): While not required, feedback helps us improve our courses.
- We will respond within 1โ2 business days to confirm your eligibility and initiate the refund.
5. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds are processed within 3โ5 business days of confirmation.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method (credit/debit card).
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take an additional 5โ10 business days to appear on your statement.
- We do not issue refunds in the form of cash, check, or alternative payment methods.
6. Non-Refundable Circumstances
A refund will not be issued in the following situations:
- A completion certificate has been issued for the course
- Your completion record has been reported to the state DMV or court
- More than 30 days have passed since your purchase date
- Your account has been terminated for fraud, cheating, or violation of our Terms of Service
- You enrolled using a coupon or promotional discount that explicitly stated "non-refundable" at the time of purchase
7. Technical Issues & Special Circumstances
If you experienced a technical problem that prevented you from completing or accessing the course, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve technical issues, and if we are unable to do so within a reasonable timeframe, we will provide a full refund regardless of the 30-day window.
Tip: If your issue is technical (course won't load, quiz not submitting, etc.), contact our support team first โ we can often resolve these quickly and get you back on track.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving all legitimate disputes quickly and fairly through our refund process.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs your refund eligibility.
