Overview
Quick Pass Traffic School ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our platform to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512, the "DMCA"), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.
This policy covers:
- Reporting infringing content you believe has been posted on our platform without authorization
- Protecting our own copyrighted course materials from unauthorized reproduction or distribution
- Counter-notification procedures if your content was removed by mistake
Our Copyrighted Content
All course content, curriculum materials, module text, quizzes, exam questions, instructional videos, images, graphics, logos, and the overall look and feel of our platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Quick Pass Traffic School and are protected under U.S. copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.) and applicable international treaties.
Unauthorized use of our materials includes, but is not limited to:
- Reproducing, copying, or distributing course content without written permission
- Scraping or bulk-downloading course modules, quiz questions, or exam content
- Publishing, selling, or sublicensing our course materials on any third-party platform
- Creating derivative works based on our proprietary curriculum

Reporting Infringing Content (DMCA Takedown Notice)
If you believe that content appearing on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. To be valid under the DMCA, your notice must include all of the following:
Required elements of a valid DMCA takedown notice (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent acting on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on our platform (e.g., URL, page title, screenshot).
- Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
Warning: Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

Our Response to Takedown Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
- Notify the user who posted the content (if applicable) that it has been removed
- Provide the user with a copy of the takedown notice and information about submitting a counter-notification
- Document the notice and action taken in our DMCA records
We aim to process valid takedown notices within 2–5 business days.
Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. To be valid, your counter-notification must include:
Required elements of a valid counter-notification (17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3)):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.
Send your counter-notification to the same designated agent address listed above with the subject line DMCA Counter-Notification.
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a lawsuit within 10–14 business days of receiving the counter-notification, we will restore the removed content.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion. We may also restrict access to our platform and/or terminate accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
Protecting Our Materials from Infringement
If you discover that our proprietary course content, curriculum, or other materials are being used without authorization on a third-party website or platform, please report it to us immediately at dmca@quickpasstrafficschool.com. Include the URL where the infringing content appears and a description of what was copied. We actively enforce our copyright and will take appropriate action.
